At Opinel, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our knives and kitchen tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original Opinel box, ensuring all protective blade covers and documentation are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned tools, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
